FUTURE SOLE, PLC powered by NIKE 2.0: Discovering HBCU Talent & Developing Design Excellence
Future Sole, is an exclusive, industry-certified design experience unlocking opportunities for HBCU students to discover, develop, and empower their creative potential. Through direct access to design professionals and exposure to the design process, students gain hands-on experience and build transferable skills that prepare them for leadership in any industry. This structured 3-stage program—Tryouts, Pre-Camp, and Training Camp—creates a pipeline of diverse, industry-ready talent, strengthening partnerships between HBCUs and global brands. Graduates will be placed in a talent pool of PLC-produced creatives, opening doors to future career opportunities.

Eligibility:
U.S Only, HBCU Students
- Currently enrolled or within 3 years of completion (graduated).
- Any level of Adobe Creative Suites knowledge
- Any Studying Major enrolled/graduate HBCU
Costs/Fees:
- Tuition & Housing is 100% covered by PLC Detroit.
- Students will be responsible for their own transportation & dining.
